@ Anna I'm sorry, but I did a little bit of research at the LA Metro, and from the looks of it, there isn't any bus access to it. I pretty sure most of the secondary roads leading to the Valley don't have too many buses because they are so narrow and curvy. I hope you can get a ride to Coldwater Canyon; it's definately worth a visit............:)

@ Lisa’s Chaos Even though it might look like it, this isn’t sand but hard ground. It looks like sand due to the drought. However, I was definitely using the rope ladder to get up this particular hill as it was very steep. I’ll be on the beach enjoying the sand today……………:)

What a great place! I cannot imagine trying to climb up that part in the path. I hate walking in sand, it moves so much, then to try to go up too! Oh my, what a great butt burner.
