@ Lara I was walking in the sand today, and I thought of you. It felt good squishing between my toes.

@ Diane C. I love the plants hanging from the cliffs. I’m with you on being surprised at all the various locations plants can grow. Actually, right now, I’m working on one tomato plant I purchased at the Ocean View Farms and so far, it’s doing great.

@ Lisa’s Chaos Speaking of warmth, this past weekend, we had a small heat wave. The temps were up into the 100s. It was too hot………….:)

I could feel the warmth! Nice to have sand between the toes. I love getting caught up in the fascination and awe of things as well.

@ David Thanks. I’m lovin’ the beach, too, and I never get tired of taking pictures there.

@ Lance It’s great to have you back. I missed your comments and thoughts. Often times when I’m at the beach, I find myself in just sitting down, looking, and listening to my surroundings. The funny thing is that even though I live so close and visit as often as I can, I see something new every time.

@ Kevin Thank you. From a professional such as yourself, that means a lot to me. Sand, maybe due to the texture and color, is a photo draw for me. Some people just see the tan color, but I look beyond that to see the water, color, wave effects, rocks and other various items Mother Nature washes up on shore. It’s amazing to watch the changes.

Lisa, thanks for another update. You have a great way of putting your observations and thoughts into words which works so well with the images. Beautiful colours and textures in numbers 2 and 3. The ocean is truly an amazing body of water and seeing it change, the colours, the smells and the sounds over the year is always a real joy.
