We are trying to scrape together the money -- and the chutzpah -- to move up to LA to more seriously pursue our REAL dreams (he as a voiceover talent, me as a screenwriter). I'm sure a good massage would help us both feel a lot more "zen" about reinventing ourselves in our 40s! Glad to discover this site, which will give us a lot of fun things to do together along the way. I always wonder what would happen if someone opened their door as those motorcycles zoom through stopped traffic! I don't know why someone would open their door on the freeway but it could happen. Motorcycle riders are daring here in CA because our traffic is horrible. I drove a whole 2 miles in 60 mins last Friday tring to get from the toll road onto the 91. My boyfriend who is a road biker was in a car accident (hit head-on by someone making a left across his lane) in Sept. after completing the death ride (129 miles, 5 mountain peaks www.deathride.com) this past summer. His femur was shattered, ribs broken, etc. and I took care of him while in the hospital, out, in again and out. His PT is excruciating as you can imagine but he got back on the bike for the first time yesterday (his birthday!) Let's just say he has a LONG way to go and ouch, it was painful. While my massage skills are not too shabby it would be nice to be treated to a professional massage for him and one for me (the caretaker) as well. Thank you so much and LOVE your articles!
